Adrienne Graham is a serial entrepreneur. So she knows her way around business. Graham is a well seasoned recruiting veteran and CEO of Graham Talent Group. She launched her first recruiting company in 1994 after the company she worked for decided to sell to a bigger agency.
She is an experienced HR and Recruiting Professional with experience working on recruiting projects, consulting with companies and managing teams and projects. Her background includes corporate in-house, agency and startup companies.
She believes in finding the RIGHT talent for her clients to help them build A-player teams that contribute directly to their bottom line. She is experienced in creating and building recruiting departments from the ground up, training recruiters, and managing the RPO process for clients. She loves a challenge so she lives for those hard to fill roles!
She has served as a mentor in a few business accelerators, and is a leading subject matter expert in all things Business Growth Strategy, Human Resources and Recruiting.
